I understand that the Christmas period can be challenging for many people. Aside from the stressors and busyness, many of our existing supports take breaks over the holidays – whether that be local sporting clubs, classes, support groups, mental health service providers, and more. This creates a significant strain on our ability to cope.
For that reason, this year I am not closing over the holidays but have created availabilities for new and existing clients to access counselling support throughout the season. While some may wish to access ongoing counselling support, others may simply want one or two appointments to see them through a particularly challenging time. Regardless of the duration you are seeking for counselling services, there is no obligation. I’ll journey alongside you, whether it be for a one-off session or for a longer period, to help you move towards the goals you have for your therapy.
Counselling in Croydon and online is available now and throughout the summer period. Of particular note is my availabilities around the major holidays – appointments are available on Dec 23rd, 27th and 30th.
Please feel free to reach out via my contact page or book a phone chat if you have any questions.
There is no need to go through this Christmas season alone – support is always available.
Please note that counselling appointments must be pre-booked. In a crisis, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or www.lifeline.org.au
Go gently with yourself this season,
Kate
